Supporting NHS

Nest Healthcare is committed to providing robust and cost-effective services to the NHS.
Our objective as a rehabilitation clinic is to provide early intervention and comprehensive aftercare plans that maximise recovery in the community and alleviates strains and readmissions to the NHS mental health services.

Our unique 5 bed rehabilitation clinic is located within walking distance of naturally therapeutic sandy beaches.

As a smaller establishment we deliver a higher level of support that enables our professionals to monitor and review the development and response to treatment for each individual.

What we do

1- Early intervention:

Key focus on building rapport with each individual from admission through to community reintegration.

2- Adaptive Therapy:

Meaningful engaging and personalised therapy programmes delivered in a nurturing environment.

3- Responsive Aftercare:

Effective aftercare planning to prevent long-term readmissions into the health and social care system.

4- Step Down:

Continuity of care and support whilst living independently in the community.

Successful rehabilitation

Prior to discharge our professionals will work closely together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop an effective aftercare plan. In turn each person is adequately supported to achieve long-term recovery and relapse prevention whilst living independently in the community.
